So are you ready to relax, renew and rejuvenate. Pick and date, ask a few of your friends over or host an event for any occasion, and let’s have some fun while you get to reduce the stress and fatigue of every day while improving circulation, pain relief, and the wear and tear of everyday. Providing chair massage at your event is a great way to create memories and enhance everyone’s experience. Special events are usually fun and social, but they can also be stressful emotionally and physically. By providing complementary chair massage to your guests you help reduce their stress levels and keep them happy and on their feet for longer, leading to a more successful event.

Reserving your Date: We recommend you book your party in advance to secure your preferred date. Sometimes we do have space for last minute bookings. Call or email us to find out! We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your date for each therapist needed for the "table"(full body). Minimum of 5 guests in order to book a party.

For "chair" massage for your employees or event the fee is $60 per therapist per hour needed. A therapist can perform around 6 - 5 minute chair sessions in one hour, 4 - 10 minutes chair sessions and 3 -15 minutes sessions. One therapist can do around 15 employees/guests on a chair.

For “table” massages we offer 30 minute and 60 minutes table session’s with a 10 minute change over time. One therapist can do up to 5 guests on a table during one event. 6 guests per therapist for 30 minute table sessions, 4 guests per therapist for 60 minutes table sessions.

Please calculate how many employees/guests will be participating and adjust accordingly. We should then know about how many therapists you will need. We don’t want to injure any of our therapists by overloading them and we apologize for any confusion.

Requirements: We require to be on the first floor and near a restroom for washing of our hands between guests. There needs to be an area big enough for a 7 foot table and at least a 3 foot clearance around the table. We will provide the linens, oils, music. We will need an access to an outlet. Please keep your pets and children in a secure area.

Paying for your service: We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash. Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. The customary is 15-20%. The host is required to leave a card on file to hold the date.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your party or appointment, please provide 72 hours notice. Any cancellations done within 48 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the cancelled service(s). Any cancellations done within 24 hours will be subject to 100% of the cancelled services. The card left on file will be charged for any of these occurrence’s unless provided with another card number. It is up to the host to collect from their own guests any fee’s charged on their card if they choose to do so. Thank you for your attention and consideration to this sensitive matter.

Policies Notification

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your massage and bodywork needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. this is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
